Mindfulness Workshop on Transforming Worries

Objective of the workshop

This workshop encourages students to learn some mindfulness exercises to deal with worries.  More importantly, it provides a platform for teachers or counsellors to listen and understand their students, and discuss with them, in a caring and loving manner, on transforming worries.

Users of the workshop

This workshop can be delivered by school teachers or professional helpers who have received basic training in mindfulness, such as completing an 8-week MBCT, MBSR or .b Foundations course.
