Weekend Practice

‘Weekend Practice’ is an online group practice space especially designed for the graduates of eight-week mindfulness courses. Through 30 minutes of guided practice (mainly sitting meditation) in regular gatherings, we aim to deepen our practice of mindfulness in a supportive group environment.

An educational psychologist from the Jockey Club “Peace and Awareness” Mindfulness Culture in School Initiative (JC PandA) will lead this group practice in weekend evenings. The event welcomes participants who have completed eight-week mindfulness courses (e.g. .b Foundations Course, MBSR, MBCT, etc.).

It is designed for those with an existing mindfulness practice and will not include psychoeducation and inquiry. Therefore, it may not be suitable to people who are new to mindfulness. These novices may consider joining “Mindful Monday” instead.
