Institutional Innovations of Nonprofit Social Service Providers in Hong Kong

 

Objectives

  • To ground the competency model in different organisational contexts
  • To provide a road map of institutional framework development for different strategic courses of action on service development
  • To inform strategic leadership development and enhance strategic leadership competencies of board directors and senior executives
  • To contribute to the development of theories on institutional entrepreneurship, institutional change, organisational change, nonprofit management and governance

  • A research paper for findings’ reporting
