Institutional Innovations of Nonprofit Social Service Providers in Hong Kong
Objectives
- To ground the competency model in different organisational contexts
- To provide a road map of institutional framework development for different strategic courses of action on service development
- To inform strategic leadership development and enhance strategic leadership competencies of board directors and senior executives
- To contribute to the development of theories on institutional entrepreneurship, institutional change, organisational change, nonprofit management and governance
