Board Governance of Nonprofit Social Service Providers in Hong Kong
Objectives
- To create a database to map the development of boards of directors among nonprofit social service providers in Hong Kong
- To stimulate discussions and raise awareness among board directors of various board practices and governance logics
- To provide continuous learning platform for board directors
- To exchange experience on board governance with NGOs in Singapore, Taiwan, Macau and China
- To contribute to the development of theories on boards of directors and governance of nonprofits
