| 簡介 | 體育是主流學校的主修科目,透過運動,學童能夠鍛鍊身體,改善身心健康。體育課亦提供機會予學童和同儕交流和合作,從中培養團隊精神。然而大部分高功能自閉症學童在體育科均遇到動作協調與組織問題,以及社交溝通與情緒控制困難,以致未能享受運動樂趣,也較難跟上主流體育課的進度。協康會物理治療師團隊編寫本書,協助老師及家長了解小一至小三高功能自閉症學童的體能特性,精選百多個專業及實用的體育練習,幫助學童掌握基礎能力,以及徑賽項目、拋擲、跳躍、球類等運動技巧,更針對學童稍遜的社交技巧,在練習中加入溝通和情緒管理等訓練元素,全面提升學童參與體育課的能力,幫助他們融入主流教育。各個練習詳細列明練習目的和所需技巧,以圖片展示訓練步驟和視覺安排,並採用日用品作訓練材料,讓老師及家長能輕鬆在學校和家中為學童提供有系統的訓練。隨書附有DVD光碟,收錄練習短片供參考。 |
