JC-WISE launches the “Water Wise Campaign” to encourage a low Water Footprint diet among staff and students from September to October. Recommended choices for low Water Footprint (WFP) dishes are highlighted on food menu of participating restaurants, and user-friendly graphics are shown to diners on the amount of Water Footprint of a variety of food ingredients. Eight HKU catering outlets participate in this campaign, including Alfafa, Oliver’s Super Sandwiches, CYMAC Restaurant, FSCAC Restaurant, Café 330, Union Restaurant, U Deli and Kiosk by Sandwich Club.
