Questionnaire surveys will be used to collect quantifiable data of the Public Water Attitudes (awareness, knowledge and values) for establishing the Project’s baseline figures as well as tracking their changes over time.  By using quantitative methods with suitable indicators to evaluate the programme at all levels, evidence, outcome and impact can be measured.  It not only strengthens the competency of the Project, but also to ensure sustainability.

Focus group discussion sessions will be organized to help collect information of the degree of intensity of the Project’s impacts and the implications of these impacts on people’s behavior.
