The Organising Committee invites all healthcare and social care professionals as well as students to submit their research or practice reports related to end-of-life care for poster or oral presentation at the JCECC Conference on Innovation • Impact: The Review and Vision of Community End-of-Life Care. The conference aims to consolidate practice wisdom of innovative and evidenced best practices in community end-of-life care in Hong Kong and around the world. Submissions are sought for four categories and can be made via the abstract submission portal from September 15, 2017 to January 28, 2018. Accepted abstracts will be published in an electronic version for distribution to all conference delegates.
