
Sharing Session on the “Bus Routaflex” Board Game: Social Game X Problem Solving Teaching
To enhance the problem-solving and flexibility skills of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), JC A-Connect, in collaboration with TWGHs Ho Yuk Ching Educational Psychology Service Centre, has designed and launched “Bus Routaflex” Board Game. The “Sharing Session on the ‘Bus Routaflex’ Board Game: Social Game X Problem Solving Teaching” was organised together with the Faculty of Social Sciences, The University of Hong Kong, on June 25, 2024. The target audience of this event was non-governmental organisation (NGOs) professionals who participated in the Education Bureau’s Tiered Autism Intervention Model (AIM) Project.
The sharing session began with a keynote presentation by Ms. Lo Ting Yan, Diane, Educational Psychologist from TWGHs Ho Yuk Ching Educational Psychology Service Centre, followed by demonstration and guidance by the project team on how to play the board game and sharing on their experiences in applying the game in groups.
