Tree Management in Hong Kong

This e-Study will present the major policy issues of tree management in Hong Kong, and the various challenges faced by the Tree Management Office (TMO) when coordinating tree management work among government departments. This e-Study can be used for discussion relating to problem definition, policy analysis, inter-governmental coordination, and public service delivery.
