Guidelines of Registration

  1. All participants are required to register online for the conference. Registration fee includes admission to keynote sessions, plenary presentations panel discussions and concurrent sessions on the registered date. Luncheons are not included.
  2. Discount for Early Bird Registration applies only on the completed registration and payment through online system by December 8, 2017 (HKT).
  3. Please refer to the eligibility of participants with special rate of registration as follows:

    Peer Support Workera Peer Support Worker (or equivalent) currently working in a registered mental health service providerSupporting document issued by organization concerned
    Family Caregiveran individual who provides care for a person with mental health problem AND has used the service (e.g., counselling, caregivers group) provided by a registered mental health service providerSupporting document issued by organization concerned
    To enjoy the special rate of registration, participant is required to upload the supporting document HERE for identity verification after the completion of online registration and payment. Registration will only be regarded as completed after the successful upload of supporting document.

  4. Group registration is only applicable to Peer Support Workers and Family Caregivers with 5 participants or above. Participants registering under group registration will still be required to upload the supporting document as stated above in note 3 for identity verification after the completion of online registration and payment.
  5. On receipt of your payment, a confirmation will be sent via email. Official receipt will be available for collection at the Conference upon request.
  6. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  7. International delegates must check with their travel agents for visa and entry requirements into Hong Kong.
  8. All participants should be responsible for their own medical, travel, personal and other insurance. The registration fee does not cover any kind of insurance.
  9. All participants are required to arrange their own accommodation during the stay of conference.
