About the Conference

Recovery Services & Policy 4.0 Conference (RSP 4.0) is one of the very few conferences that especially address recovery-oriented services and policy in the region that taps into the latest trends of conceptual discourse, research, and service development. It also facilitates multilevel discussions, from individual interventions to cultural adaptations, and policy implications.

The aims of the RSP 4.0 are:

  1. To highlight the latest development and application of recovery-oriented practices in the mental health sector.
  2. To disseminate evidence-informed practice and afford conference participants a unique opportunity to share their practice wisdom and lessons learned.
  3. To examine how to scale up (i.e., the "development-evaluation-implementation" process) recovery-oriented interventions and innovation for large populations and to incorporate best research evidence into regular services and policy planning.

Highlights of the conference: Bringing the best to the rest of world
It is our great pleasure to present two keynote speakers: Professor Larry Davidson and Professor Mike Slade, who are internationally renowned, highly prolific authors on the recovery approach and practices in mental health and determined advocates of changes in health services and policy. Also there will be close to 40 researchers, practitioners, individuals with lived experience of mental health issues, care-givers and leaders speaking in the conference and the pre-conference events.

* Simultaneous interpretation from English to Mandarin will be provided for keynote speeches and plenary presentations.
