All submission should be made through the online system.

 

Abstract Selection
The Abstract Review Committee will review abstracts suitable for presentation, based on content quality and relevance to the conference theme.

 

Abstract Format and Guidelines

1.	Abstract title
2.	Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s): The first author will assume to be the presenting author if no further instructions are received
3.	Abstract text:
	Sub-headings including ● Background/Context ● Objectives ● Method/Service Description ● Results/Evaluation

Important Notes

1.	Abstracts should be submitted through the Conference website, submission through other channels, including e-mail, will not be accepted.
2.	Abstracts submitted must be original work and in English
3.	Abstracts with the same first author name may submit up to a maximum of 2 submissions.
4.	Authors will be notified of acceptance via e-mail. If you do not receive any notification by November 15, 2017, please contact Conference Secretariat at mhfoss@hku.hk.
5.	Upon receipt of notification of acceptance, the author must register at the Early Bird Rate as a participant by November 17, 2017.
6.	It will be assumed that any author not registered by the date stated in notes 4 above has withdrawn from the Conference and his or her abstract will not be included in the Conference Programme Book.
7.	Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Programme Book. Any editing will be restricted to spelling and formatting style only.
8.	Guidelines for poster presentation will be given upon the acceptance of the abstract for poster presentation.
