索取資源套 – 轉化憂慮靜觀工作坊 Request for Resources Package – Mindfulness Workshop on Transforming Worries 注意事項: 工作坊的一系列活動可以由學校裡的老師或輔導人員主持,但他們必須對靜觀有基本認識,例如完成了八週的靜觀減壓課程(MBSR)、靜觀認知療法(MBCT)或 .b基礎靜觀課等。如閣下希望索取《轉化憂慮靜觀工作坊》資源套,須提供修畢八週靜觀課程的證明。 假如學校老師或輔導人員對靜觀沒有認識,卻又希望為學生辦這樣的工作坊,也可以電郵我們。我們很樂意到貴校主持靜觀講座和示範如何帶領這個工作坊。屆時我們就可以讓完成培訓的老師獲取所有資源。 學習靜觀的入門是八週課程,而靜觀導師的培訓需經年累月。主持這個工作坊的老師或輔導人員,並非靜觀導師。他們的職責是按資源套所提供的資源,包括動畫、影片和聲檔,聯同學生一起修習靜觀而已。 這個工作坊並非完整和有系統的靜觀課程,只能被視爲入門的簡介而已。學生如要進一步學習靜觀,可以修讀 Paws b或 .b等課程。詳情見https://www.socsc.hku.hk/jcpanda/mindfulness-programs-in-schools/ 賽馬會「樂天心澄」歡迎教育界和社福界的同工使用資源套,免費服務學生。我們不希望有人利用我們發展的資源從事商業賺錢的活動。 Reminder: The workshop can be conducted by teachers or counsellors in schools, who should have a basic understanding of mindfulness, e.g., having completed an eight-week MBCT, MBSR, or .b Foundations course. If you want to obtain the teaching materials of “Mindfulness Workshop on Transforming Worries”, you need to upload proof of the completion of an eight-week mindfulness course to the JC PandA. If teachers or counsellors who have no training in mindfulness and yet would like to conduct this workshop to help their students, they are welcome to contact us. We would be happy to host a talk on mindfulness at their school and demonstrate how to conduct this workshop. Then we will make all teaching materials available to those who have completed the training. The basic training on mindfulness takes eight weeks while training mindfulness teachers takes years. Teachers or counsellors conducting the workshop are not considered as mindfulness teachers. They only practice mindfulness with their students according to the resources offered in the workshop, including the instructional audio files. This workshop is not a complete and systematic mindfulness course, it can only be considered as an introduction to mindfulness. If students want to learn more about mindfulness, they can choose to join Paws b or .b courses.
