The Methods Hub, based in the Faculty of Social Sciences, the University of Hong Kong (HKU) aims to be the key point of contact for social science research methods experts at HKU and other social scientists in Hong Kong seeking further information, resources, and training in research methods. The Methods Hub will offer training in new and diverse social science research methods, embedding the principles of Open Science. Our vision is “to advance methodological practice in the social sciences that address new challenges in the social sciences, through strategically informed and innovation-driven training, promotion of pedagogical excellence in methods teaching and the provision of national, sector-wide leadership”.
