  • Waiting room (before meeting):
    • (Co)Host can admit attendee to meeting and promote him/her to co-host
    • (Co)Host can see how many attendees in waiting room
  • Participants rights:
    • Can’t unmute unless granted right by host
    • Can’t share screen
    • Can type in Q&A and chat
  • Max participant: 500 (can raise with additional cost)
  • Practice session (before webinar):
    • Host, cohost and panelist must join with preregistered email addresses, can’t promote attendee unless webinar starts
    • Host can’t see how many attendees waiting
  • Participants rights:
    • Can’t unmute unless granted right by host
    • Can’t share screen
    • Can type in Q&A and chat
