Student Committee Members for the First SIGC Internship Video Competition

Dear Experienced SIGCers,

The Experiential Learning team is inviting you to be part of the organising committee for the first SIGC Internship Video Competition. As a committee member, you’ll play a key role in shaping this student-centered event, ensuring it’s engaging and impactful for all participants. Your insights and creativity will help guide the competition from its launch to the awards ceremony. You’ll collaborate with faculty, staff and guest mentors on promotion, training, logistics, and problem-solving, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience for everyone involved.

What you’ll do:
– To brainstorm and implement creative ideas to enhance the participant experience
– To gather feedback from participants and share insights with the committee to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all
– To assist with event logistics, workshops, mentorship sessions, and the awards ceremony

Details:
– Role: Student Committee Member
(HK$70/hr, approx. 4 hours per week from May to September, 2025)

– Vacancy: 4 – 5

– Training: A comprehensive training session will be provided to prepare you for this role
