靜觀共修 Mindful Gathering [2026年2月場次 2026 February Session Hybrid]

靜觀是覺知,這覺知來自有意的、在當下的,而且不加批判的注意。在靜觀的修習中,我們學習以關懷和開放的心態來接納自己。「靜觀共修」鼓勵大家以靜觀練習滋養自己,包括靜坐、靜觀伸展、靜觀步行和身體掃描。賽馬會「樂天心澄」靜觀校園文化行動的靜觀導師會於二月的一個下午帶領靜觀練習。活動歡迎香港大學的學生、教職員、校友和公衆人士參與。

Mindfulness is the awareness arising from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally. It is also about compassionate acceptance of ourselves. “Mindful Gathering” encourages us to nourish ourselves through various mindfulness practices such as sitting, stretching, walking, and body scan. A mindfulness teacher from the Jockey Club “Peace and Awareness” Mindfulness Culture in Schools Initiative (JC PandA) will provide guided mindfulness practices in the coming February. Students, staff, alumni and the general public are welcome to join.
