Mentorship Programme 2026-2027 Online Application Form (Mentee) Period: January to June 2027 (6 months). Long-term friendship could be built under mutual agreement. Matching mechanism: Each mentee will be carefully matched with one or two mentors who share similar interests or career goals. Mentee’s responsibilities: Set goals to achieve with mentor through the mentorship programme, and the frequency and format of interactions. Take initiative to organize meet-ups. Proactively share your aspiration and ask questions. Express your gratitude by sending a thank you note to the mentor. Do not contact the mentor at unreasonable hours. Do not expect the mentor to offer you a job or internship. Seek consent from mentor before sharing photo(s) on social media or mentioning your mentor in your resume. Report: Mentees should submit online report and photo(s) of mentorship activities by June 30, 2027. Consent should have been sought from mentors before submission of report and photo(s). Activities: Faculty-initiated activity: Mentorship Kick-off Ceremony, networking drinks, Christmas celebration, sports activities, distinguished alumni series. Other self-initiated activities: Company visits, networking events, seminars, conferences, community services, cultural activities. Frequency of meet-ups: At least 2 personal meet-ups after the kick-off ceremony. Rules: Commit to regular and honest communication. Open to feedback and constructive conversation. All discussions should remain confidential. Be punctual, patient, and courteous. Respect and mindful of each other’s time and perspectives.
