The application has been closed for the students in the 2026 intake.
Should your degree audit states “Optional to take CUE” under “UG5 English Language Enhancement”, this indicates that the exemption has already been granted.
Please note that the exemption is only granted toward Year 1 students only. If students choose to not apply for the exemption, they MUST and will be assigned to take CAES1001.
