JCECC Introduction

Hong Kong is facing a rapidly ageing population, and the number of elderly suffering from terminal illnesses has also escalated correspondingly. In view of the growing demand for end-of-life care services in the community, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust approved around HK$520 million to initiate the “Jockey Club End-of-Life Community Care Project” (JCECC). Launched in 2016, the ten-year project aims at improving the quality of end-of-life care, enhancing the capacity of service providers, as well as raising public awareness.

Project Brief

JCECC team requires a full revamp for their project website (see the reference link below). Now we are recruiting a vendor who is capable and also able to handle the scope of this project.

Requirements

Time:	No specific time frame for now but the project should be done as soon as possible. Please suggest one if needed.
Platform:	Any which fits with all requirements
Basic Requirements:	Including but not limited to: System installation and deployment Content Management System (CMS) Layout builder with layout templates Multilingual content support Form builder At least AA accessibility level Visitor Analysis feature Style customization feature User acceptance test (UAT) One Year Warranty after launched Full-set source code Responsible design layouts
Additional Requirements:	All codes involved must be fully deliverable and handed back to HKU at the end of this project
