Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Each contestant will retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their social venture plan and any related materials. Contestants are responsible for taking appropriate steps to protect their own intellectual property. The Organizers, judges, reviewers, staff and audience will not be required to sign non-disclosure agreements. Competition activities, including presentations and question-and-answer sessions, may be open to the public and photographed, recorded or broadcast through media channels. By entering the competition, contestants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive right to reproduce, record, display and share submitted materials and presentation content solely for the purposes of administering, judging, documenting and promoting the competition and its related activities.

Programme Expectations

Selected teams are expected to:

Participate actively in training sessions and mentoring activities

Share learning and experiences with the SV Lab community and support relevant community activities

Submit progress reports on time

Acknowledge SV Lab’s support in relevant project materials, communications and websites
