SIGC Summer Internship Photo Competition 2024

Selection Criteria:
1. Reflective insight, community impact and/or learning experience in internship
2. Aesthetic sense of photos
3. Clear delivery of story and messages

Submission Method: Submit your photo(s) by the extended deadline on August 20, 2024 (Tuesday)

Rules and Regulations:
1. Photo(s) submitted must be taken during your SIGC summer internship period.
2. Photo(s) submitted can be taken by yourself, your colleagues or supervisor of the Community Partner, etc. Please seek prior consent from all people shown on the photo(s), if any. For photo(s) taken by others, please seek appropriate consent from the photo(s)’ owner before submission.
3. Submit up to FIVE photos and each photo should be accompanied by a short description (max. 70 words). One single description may cover multiple photos for a story.
4. Winners of Gold/Silver/Bronze Prize would still be eligible to award the Popularity Prize.
5. Submit high resolution photo(s) in JPEG format. Compressed photo(s) (e.g. photo(s) downloaded from Whatsapp) may not be accepted. Faculty may ask for the original/high-resolution photos when necessary.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The Gold, Silver and Bronze Prizes will be selected by a panel of judges formed by the Faculty Office and its decision shall be final.
2. By submitting your entry to the competition, you give the Faculty the right to reproduce, exhibit, print or use in any form for publicity purposes which may feature your photos, titles and your names.
