Mindful Alcohol Ink Art Workshop It is almost the end of the semester. Would you like a break from the bustle? You are cordially invited to participate in the mindfulness alcohol ink art workshop hosted by the student interns of the Jockey Club “Peace and Awareness” Mindfulness Culture in Schools Initiative (JC PandA). Amidst the stressful examination period, mindfulness can provide a space for us to slow down and pay attention to the present moment by engaging in artwork creation. During the workshop, participants will create alcohol ink crystal balls, gain a basic understanding of the principles of mindfulness and how to integrate them into art and daily life. All HKU students are welcome. Priority will be given to students from the Faculty of Social Sciences. English session Date: Apr 2, 2024 (Tue) Time: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Venue: Social Sciences Function Room, 11/F, The Jockey Club Tower, Centennial Campus Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the JC PandA team at jcpanda@hku.hk or 3917 5176.Full Name:*Email:*Re-enter your email to confirm:*Contact No.:*Faculty:*Programme of Study (e.g. Bachelor of Social Sciences (Major in Counselling), or Doctor of Psychology in the field of Educational Psychology, etc.): *Please indicate the session you would like to join:*Please selectEnglish session (Apr 2)If your selected session is full, would you like to join the other session?*NoWhere have you heard about this event?*Please selectFaculty of Social Sciences WebsiteJC PandA WebsitePosterFriendsBulk EmailSocial MediaOthersAre you willing to receive information about activities organized by JC PandA?*YesNoSome of the materials used in the workshop may trigger allergic reactions, for example, alcoholic ink.
