Self-assessment Worksheet for Readiness

After attending two pre-internship workshops, students are required to complete the self-assessment form for readiness by September 29, 2024 (Sunday). Failure to (i) attend any one of the registered workshops, (ii) submit the make-up assignment, (iii) complete the self-assessment form for readiness, or (iv) attend the meeting with your AT will result in a 5% mark deduction in the overall grade point of the course.

Take a few minutes to read the assessment form below. Your performance on these skill sets will be evaluated by your supervisor from the community partner organisation by the end of the internship. Can you please rate your current level of performance based on the categories and criteria below?

Assessment Criterion: Proactively develop oneself and one’s career through continual personal and professional learning, awareness of one’s strengths and weaknesses, navigation of career opportunities, and networking to build relationships within and without one’s organisation.
