required:\n<ol>\n \t<li>Overseas Credentials Evaluation Report (\u570b\u5916\u5b78\u6b77\u5b78\u4f4d\u8a8d\u8b49\u66f8) issued by the <a href=\"https:\/\/zwfw.cscse.edu.cn\/?aisiteOutPageId=d6d3e563e2234b0e9f03713257a930ca\">Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE)<\/a> (\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u7559\u5b78\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u5fc3).<\/li>\n \t<li>Given the processing time required by CSCSE, if the Report is not yet available by the document submission deadline, an email or a text message sent by CSCSE after payment, confirming that the application of the Report has been successfully initiated.
