JC-WISE has produced a range of publicity materials at each catering outlet to promulgate the concept of water footprint of food and encourage food waste reduction, so as to enhance the University community\u2019s appreciation of the subtle but important connection between food waste reduction and water conservation, as well as to reinforce the culture of sustainability throughout the entire campus.
