Peer Supporters Training

People with similar life experiences are often the best persons to offer support. This is a formal training course with certificates provided by the HKU Department of Social Work and Social Administration and collaborating NGO partners to equip retirees with proper attitude, knowledge and skills to become peer supporters in elderly mental health. The training consists of 48 hours of classroom learning and 52 hours of practicum.
